Policies
All new color and/or extension clients are required to book a consultation before a color or installation appointment is made. This is so the stylist can see your starting point and determine service appointment timing. For extensions, a custom order is made for each client, so during the consultation, you will be matched for the extensions and given a quote for the cost of the hair and cost of installation. From there, we will book the service appointment, based on availability and when the extensions are ordered.
Consultations are complimentary, but a $25 deposit is required to book. This can be paid over the phone by credit card at the time of scheduling the consultation. The deposit is refundable if you cancel or reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment, or if you decide not to follow through with the service appointment. Otherwise, the deposit will be put towards your next service.
We accept cash, checks, Zelle, and all forms of major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX). If you pay by credit card, there will be a 3% charge added for transaction fees. Cash, check, and Zelle payments will not incur the 3% fee.
Tips are not required, but greatly appreciated. However, all tips must be made with cash. You cannot add tips to credit cards, checks or Zelle.
