We miss you, and we’re so excited to see you!! Here are some guidelines we put in place to ensure the safety of both you & our staff.
Check-in will be done via text message from your car. Please remain in your car until you’re notified to come in. You will receive a text an hour before your appointment. When you arrive in our parking lot, please click on the link in the text message to check in.
Once you have checked in through the text message link, click okay on the page to be taken to the COVID questionnaire. This must be submitted before you can enter the building.
Please arrive early to your appointment. A fee of $25 may be charged for arriving late or cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment.
Your temperature will be taken immediately upon entering the salon. You will then be directed to sanitize your hands.
Our MiracleAir CM12 Deluxe hospital grade air purification system will remain on during open hours.
You will be provided with your own clean smock, cape, and towels.
Please wear an ear loop mask.
Please come to your appointment alone as there will be no additional seating available.
Please try to limit the personal belongings you bring to your appointment.
We will not be serving refreshments at this time.
Please remember, this is all new but it is also temporary. We can’t wait to welcome you the way you’ve come to expect. For now, we just need to get through this safely, but at least you won’t have roots and split ends. 🤷🏻♂
